Q. What is the Guild of Mages?

A. As our Guild Description states, "A group of wizened mages in the search for the improvement of the self through the guidance of the Guild, and the will of one's mind."

Q. How do I apply to the Guild of Mages?

A. Firstly, you need to visit our recruting board, located 2e,s,se from Darkhaven Square. Read the notes there pertaining to applying to the Guild. They should aid you with all that you need to know on how to apply.

Q. Where is the recruiting board located?

A. As stated above, it is located at 2e,s,se from Darkhaven Square.

Q. Where can I obtain a "Guide to the Guild of Mages"?

A. Simply go to our recruiting office (2e,s,se from Darkhaven Square), and in that room say "Guide Please". Only those of the Mage class will be allowed to enter the recruiting office.

Q. What is a "quest"?

A. A quest is usually a list of items and tasks that an IT will assign you to obtain and complete. This helps us determine if you're truly interested in our Guild and actually want to become a member bad enough.

Q. What is an "IT"?

A. IT stands for Induction Team, generally IT means someone that is a member of the IT council. These are the people that will interview you, and if you pass, quest you. You can identify them by the fact that they have IT in their title. All of the Guild Leader, First and Second are IT members even if it isn't shown in their title.

Q. Do I need to collect and complete ALL the items/tasks on my quest in order to pass?

A. Of course, we wouldn't assign them all if we thought you couldn't obtain and complete them all.

Q. Are there certain rules that I need to follow while working on my quest?

A. Yes, there are. You can review the rules on our board at the recruiting office at 2e,s,se from Darkhaven Square.

Q. What happens if I don't pass the interview or quest?

A. If you don't pass the interview, then you can reapply in one month. If you fail the quest due to time, or something other than cheating, then you may also apply again in one month.

Q. Can I be banned from the Guild of Mages?

A. Yes, you can be banned. If you are caught cheating on your quest then you can and/or will be banned forever from joining. The Leaders, however, can remove the ban if they see fit.

Q. Who were the first leaders of the Guild of Mages?

Q. Where can I find a list of the Guilds' councils and their members?

A. Click on the Groups link.

Q. Where can I find information on joining the Guild?

A. Click on the Join link for information.

Q. Where can I find information on the Laws of the Guild?

A. Just click on over on the Laws link.

Q. Why can't I enter the MEMBERS section?

A. If you're not a member of the Guild, then you cannot enter it. If you are a member of the Guild, then check for the latest username/password information on the main board.
